Production of bimetal discs: 

For different applications we are forming bimetal discs with 12,7 mm diameter from different bimetal material on customers request. 

Tolerance lower or equal ± 1,5°C with

 temperature range from -20°C to +120°C.

Higher temperature and other tolerance on request. 

 We consult you at the purchase of the equipment for the bimetal disc production tailored in different variations individually to your application. 

After forming we are aging the discs in our aging oven type 

BA-6-1 or BA-16-1.
After testing you will get a temperature protocol with average of action, reset and differential temperature from 40 pcs of each lot of 200 to 800 bimetal discs.
